Perineal musculature evaluation revealed in group 1 56% of the cases score 1 and 12% of the cases score 0. Previous urodynamic findings showed median values of Pdet = 18 cm H20 (13-26), Volume = 315 ml (200-550), UPP = 54 cm H20 (40-70) and Qmax = 17 ml/s (12-26) and abdominal leak point pressure (ALPP ) was lower than 60 cm  H20 in all cases. In group 2, 50% of the cases score 2 and 3. Previous urodynamic findings showed median values of Pdet = 22 cm H20 (16-30), Volume = 347 ml (250-500), UPP = 78 cm H20 (60-110) and Qmax = 36 ml/s (23-50) and abdominal leak point pressure (ALPP ) was above than 60 cm  H20 in all cases.
The results obtained in the present work were based on the number of pads used, considered as cured (patients with absence of urine loss), markedly improved (patients with 70% reduction of pads used), moderately improved (patients with 30% reduction of pads used) and discreetly improved (patients with less than 30% of pads used) and failed (patients with unchanged results).
Of the ten patients (Group 1), two (22%) were continent, two (22%) showed marked improvement, and five (56%) failed. One patient abandoned the treatment. In the Group 2 (12 patients), five patients (42%) were continent, four (33%) showed marked improvement and three (25%) failed.
