Exercise 1
Exercises in 3 phases

1a. Phase: Isometric adduction (stimulus-small ball).

2a. Phase:  Contraction of the abdominal muscles.

3a. Phase: Contraction of the glutaeus and elevation of the pelvis.

 

 



Exercise 2
3 series of 10 exercises

1a. Phase: Patient in vertical decubitus with the lips lying on a pillow.

2a. Phase: Patient should contract the glutaeus muscles, holding this posture for 3 seconds and then relaxing.

1a. Phase: Patient in horizontal decubitus with the hands on the nape of the head.

2a.Phase: Flexion of the head forward over the trunk, holding this posture for 3 seconds and then relaxing.
