The authors present the videourodynamic urinary stress
incontinence classification. The videourodynamic study is the gold standard method to
diagnose this very common condition among women. It takes in account the classical data of
conventional urodynamic and compare them with the fluoroscopic images of the filling,
storage and voiding phase of the study. Stress maneuvers are done to score the degree of
the bladder neck descent in the fluoroscopic images and compare them with the pressure
necessary in urine leak.
